| The bauma currently is the world's largest fair of construction machines with over half a million square meters exhibition space. The trip includes the bus rides to Munich and back to Karlsruhe, entrance fee and guided tours at the stands of several companies. The excursion to the bauma 2010 will be for 60 students of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and costs about 40 Euros.

| COLEIC 6 (it stands for the 6th Latin American Congress for Civil Engineering Students)takes place in Mexico City from 16th to 20th of Ferburuary. It has a cost of USD $250 or about €175, which includes accommodation, meals, and all the activities in the Congress programme.
Tours have an extra charge.
